TWO PULLEY FLEXING TEST AS PER IS: 10810( Part 57)- 1987./ BS: 6500-2000.

Please refer to the general arrangement diagram attached herewith.The machines cosists of a drive system attached to a trolley having two pulleys of same diameters.The carriage makes forward and backward movement over a distance of one meter at a constant speed of 0.33m/s.The drive is given by a motor and gear box attached to the carriage and reversal is made possible through proximity switches installed at both the ends of the track.
The machine is supplied with following accessories.
1) Weights- 1.0Kg, 1.5Kg., 2.0Kg., two Nos. each.
2) Pulleys- 80.0, 120.0, 60.0 and 200.0mmdia. two Nos. each.
3) Current loading system as shown in the diagram which can vary the current from 0 to 25 amps. And gives indication.
4) Provision to apply voltage between the conductors both 230V and 415V.
5) The current loading system has facility to connect cable upto 5 cores.
6) Facility to automatically stop the carriage if any fault occurs in the sample.

The apparatus is an thermostatically insulated electric oven having following specifications.
Size- 450mm X 450mm X 450mm inside having S.S. frame.
Outside structure in M.S. powder coated.
Outside dimensions approx. 650mm X 650mm X 700mm.
Heater Capacity- 2 KW.,Sensor- PT 100
Temp. Controller - PID
Max. Working Temp. 200degree centigrade.
Resolution - 0.1degree centigrade.
Accuracy- +/- 1.0 degree centigrade
Hour meter OR Timer to indicate the time.
Air circulation provision to maintain constant temp. through out the chamber.
Necessary weights and arrangement to hang the weights on the sample.

Thermostatically insulated electric oven having following specifications.

Cell Dimensions- 100mm dia X 300mm Length. Made in Aluminium.
Indivisual band type heaters for each cell of rating 0.75KW.
Indivisual PT-100sensor for each cell.
Indivisual PID temp. controller for each cell.
Indivisual hour meter for each cell.
Indivisual rotameter for each cell.
Max. working temp. 200 degree centigrade.
Resolution- 0.1 degree centigrade.
Accuracy- +/- 1.0 degree centigrade.
Constant flow of air through rotameter at a constant flow
rate to achieve 8 to 20 air changes per hour.
Outside structure M.S. powder coated.
Glass wool insulation from outsid and in between the cells.

Provision to give constant air supply will be provided with the oven.
